On Day 6, we head out to see the sights around LA. Obviously taking in some local culture by visiting Hollywood and doing some shopping at the Promenade. We also took in the Great Wall of LA... a breathtaking, but little known mural on the canal wall that runs the span of 8 city blocks and tells the history of LA from the dinosaurs to approximately 1980... Illustrating big events as well as less talked about events (such as the japaneese internment camps), the mural is a comprehensive and mindblowing compilation painted by highschoolers.
